The honing machine is a device used for processing the internal surface of semi-finished cast iron sleeves by the honing method using diamond files. By employing appropriately synchronized servo motors during processing, the internal surface of the sleeves achieves a suitable grid of scratches with specified parameters.
Case: driving simulator for people with disabilities
A mechatronic system based on the Stewart platform (a 6-axis parallel kinematic mechanism), along with feedback systems (simulating steering resistance). It is used for the initial training of disabled individuals in a simplified driving simulation environment. The system is adapted for use by people with limited mobility.
Case: tack welder
The device is designed for stacking rolled aluminum strips produced for the construction of heat exchangers. The strip bundles are stacked during a two-stage work cycle in automatic mode
Case: stuffer
The device is designed for assembling bundles of components intended for the subsequent construction of heat exchangers. During operation, the device retrieves various components from their dedicated bins. Two of these components are automatically joined through a hydroplastic process, and the entire assembly is then arranged into a bundle in the required sequence.
